I made a 1 mile hike to a field we call "Rut Field" to sit and watch for a bit. We have killed numerous bucks chasing does or just nose down crossing this field in the past couple years. By the time I got there there was a thick fog settled in. It was a beautiful morning but not very good for glassing a big field for action. Maybe next weekend...

Love foggy mornings when you can just get a glipse of an animal and it leaves you wondering, "Was that him?".

No better camo than fog, if your blind is on an incline, then low hanging fog , usually covers the blind. Man, I love me some fog, them big boys act stupid in that stuff.
